The 30-day guarantee

If a print doesn't move you, you can return it within 30 days of deliveryfor a full refund of the purchase price. No forms, no interrogation — just email us and we'll take it from there.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every print is packed and insured, but shipping is shipping. If your order arrives damaged — or we simply got something wrong — we'll produce and ship a free replacement. Just email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and a new print goes into production. You never pay for our mistakes or the carrier's.

How to start a return

1. Email lior4543@gmail.comwith your order number (it's in your Stripe receipt) and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the print back in its original packaging. For non-damage returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
4. Once it arrives, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Good to know

Each piece is printed to order — production begins within 1–2 business days of your purchase, which is how we keep every print fresh from the press rather than warehoused. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins; after that, the 30-day return policy applies.
